We provide a range of installation and recycling services to make sure your appliance is delivered and set up to meet your needs. Our aim is to provide excellent service and clear communication at every stage of your order. Please read these terms carefully alongside our Delivery Information and sections 7 and 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
These services can be added when you select your appliance, or afterwards. If you miss the option during checkout, you can still add the relevant service before your delivery is confirmed — just give us a call.
Recycling services
We offer like-for-like recycling of your old appliance, collected at the same time as your delivery.
Appliances must be fully disconnected, emptied and ready for collection. For large appliances (over 100kg, such as American-style fridge freezers or range cookers), please select the Large Appliance Recycling Service.

We provide professional installation for a wide range of appliances.

What’s included
- Removal of packaging and transit bolts.
- Levelling the appliance where possible.
- Connection to existing water/electric supply (with a safe means of isolation).
- Running a test programme to check basic functionality.
Important notes
We do not carry out carpentry, plumbing or electrical alterations. Installation may be refused if connections are unsafe, inaccessible or unsuitable. If installation cannot be completed for these reasons, the service is non-refundable, as manpower and transport will already have been allocated.
