We frequently have offers that require the entry of a code for them to be applied. Below is a quick three-step guide to applying your discount code.
Add your item(s) to your basket
Find the product or products you want and add them to your basket.
View your basket
Once you’ve added your products, don’t go straight through to checkout — find the View basket link first.
Add your code
In your basket, find the Coupon code box. Enter your code exactly as written and click Apply coupon.
If you’ve already moved past the basket, you can also enter discount codes on the checkout page. Either way works — and that’s it. Enjoy your discount.
If your code isn’t working
- Check it matches exactly. Codes are entered character for character — watch for extra spaces if you’ve copied and pasted.
- Check the offer still applies. Promotions can be changed or withdrawn without notice, and specific products can be removed from eligibility.
- Check the products qualify. Some codes only apply to selected brands or categories, and won’t discount items outside them.
- One offer at a time. Unless we say otherwise, promotional codes and discounts can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer — including a price match.
